About the role:

This is a critical role for Gulf Countries based in UAE. Resource should be well versed with IT Management with Excellent Inter Personal Skills.

Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience

• Overall 5+ years of experience & 3+ years in a IT Management and IT Support & Infrastructure as specialization
• Excellent Knowledge of IT End User Devices, Infrastructure (Server) and Network.
• Exhibited Experience of working with different Vendors (Outsourcing) Model
• Proven working experience on working with Important Business Stake Holders
• Good to have experience with ERP on SAP, Oracle (Especially on Client Side).
• Good Knowledge of Asset Management and IT Security
• Self motivated with exceptional communication skills
• Ability for Project Management
• Understanding of complex information and requirements
• Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans
• Ability to explain complex systems in simple terms
• Monitoring of Service Level

Essential Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Coordinating with Vendors & Schneider Digital Team Regional/Global.
• Monitoring Service Level of the Vendor providing the IT Support.
• Support Global Programs, Regional Projects and Local Projects
• Responsible for planning and development of policies and procedures for Schneider Digital in Gulf Countries.
• Provide individual training and support on request 
• Provide recommendations about accessing information and support
• Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by senior management.
• Conduct Regular Meetings with the Stake Holders
• Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills)
• SME in the IT Management & IT Infrastructure Domain
• Knowledge of IT Service Management

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or have equivalent training/work experience in related field.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast paced environment are required.
• Ability to interact with all levels of managers and end-users in the organization
