Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the front desk service including answering and transferring telephones, inquiring matters carefully recorded and conveying to related personnel.
2.Responsible for company's reception service, maintain good manners polite.
3.Responsible for applying for the relevant certificates, example: employees’ visa, employee card, company license and other documents.
4.Responsible for office supplies procurement and management;
5.Responsible for sending and receiving the company's express, letters, parcels.
6.Responsible for office supplies inventory work.
7.Responsible for maintain clean sanitation to show a good image of company.
8.Complete other jobs assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
1 Qualification should be above College degree.
2.Only female candidates who are above 160cm as well as nice grooming will be considered.
3.Good at speaking/writing/listening English.
4.Should be responsible, caution and friendly.
5.Good communication skills.
6.Knowledge of computers and relevant software application.
7.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
