Responsibility:
1. Responsible for budget planning, execution budget to ensure the effective use of funds, and review
2. Department of foreign provide accounting information;
3. Responsible for reviewing the original vouchers, registration subsidiary ledgers accurately according to the regulations of the company's financial system.
4. Responsible for preparing vouchers, accounting books, accounting statements and reports and other financial information collection, assembly, and archive accounting archives management work.
5. Responsible for correcting accounting income, expenses, costs, and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and the corresponding management and putting forward constructive Suggestions.
6. Responsible for working with the bank and other related external service departments to establish and maintain good relationship.
7. Responsible for supervising cashier’s cash, bank and other business processing to ensure enterprise capital safety.
Requirement:
1. Own the accounting practitioner's qualification certificate.
2. Familiar with accounting software and office software, and the process of foreign trade transactions.
3. Fluent spoken and dictation English.
4. The ability of good communication and fast learning as well as the sense of responsibility.
5. Engaged in commodities trading relevant financial experience is preferred.
