Novo Cinemas is hiring Digital Executive

Job Description / Role

  • Content creation based on the approved strategy and personas - working with the internal design team and generating assets needed. 
  • Social Media Marketing- creating, managing and growing the company's presence through the website, blog, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat and other strategically relevant online properties. 

Customer relations:

  • Manage online communities by coordinating with cinemas and then responding as per guidelines. 
  • Social Media community management as per KPI's to keep the audiences engaged. 
  • Digital Public relations- supporting the team managing the media requests and making sure influencers are vetted and managed as per the strategy. 
  • Communications/marketing strategy - The Digital Executive, is responsible for executive strategic marketing/communications plans. 
  • Analytics - Using Google Analytics, SocialBakers and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and present in good time for meeting agenda. 
  • Reporting on all campaigns & Weekly/Bi Weekly reports on the performance of all Social and Digital channels. 
  • Understanding of content management systems to build content on live platform and ensure all movie material sources from e-distributors, reformatted and published according to the timeline. 
  • Ensure all content on the website is 100% correct and uploaded in good time to ensure revenue driving strategies are met. 
  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies. 
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts. 
  • Respond to comments and customer queries promptly. 
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews. 
  • Support SEO requirement as needed i.e. back lining, key word searches and more. 
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness-take photos and publish content. 
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency. 
  • Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features. 
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists. 
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends. Flexible to take on any other digital support tasks within the team. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications or relevant discipline from an accredited institution. 
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience 
  • Fluent in Written and Oral-English & Arabic 
  • Excellent IT skills (Ms Office, Adobe)
