Emirates NBD is hiring Processing Administrator

Job Purpose:

Carry out the activities relating to the organization unit namely, drive various initiatives of GCD/WB management, communicate to the various users on the implementation of changes, training of users wherever necessary, assist the credit appraisal/ control function for more effective procedures, handling the regulators/ auditors as appropriate & ensure timely delivery of the reports/ functions to stakeholders/ forums as appropriate.

Main Task:

  • Marketing Clearances
  • Credit Facilities Renewal checks requests
  • Sharing of customer credit information with group entities
  • Involvement in implementation of SMLC (marketing clearance and grouping activity)
  • Providing access rights to corporate Banking/ business banking public folders for all the business units., ETFS & Crad
  • Current Edoc & MRA (Moody’s Risk Analyst) support – temporary activity
  • Ensure TATs for the activities are within target levels
  • Ensure accuracy and efficient execution of tasks assigned.
  • Meet expectations of internal & External customers
  • Compliance with the banks’ guidelines and procedures
  • Pro-action to improve skills, work simplification & knowledge sharing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year banking experience
  • Preferably UAE National candidates
  • Knowledge of banking products & Credit system
  • Communication skill set
  • Young, motivated, dynamic staff with good command in excel or IT
