- Manage Media Partners to ensure all elements of the agreement are fulfilled
- Create, build and sustain long term relationships with all relevant media
- Create an exhibition/event PR campaign, driving engagement coverage with traditional and non-traditional press contacts
- Serve as liaison with clients, media, and partners to ensure proper communication. Lead spokespeople in all markets where exhibition is appearing and when necessary serve as event spokesperson.
- Manage development of content for social media and digital marketing through research and planning, including content for newsletters, e-blasts, website copy and blogs. Provide monthly content calendar on a monthly, themed basis to ensure all outgoing content remains relevant and timely. Develop content for digital marketing strategies and campaigns as requested by marketing.
- Monitor review and report all PR activity and results by event
- Work with exhibitors/speakers/sponsors to secure content for use in publications and show promotion and to contribute to ROI.
- Write and produce press releases, Q & A’s and copy with influencing content. Write and produce all PR material for hand-outs packs and presentations.
