Bentley Systems is hiring Manager, Digital Advancement Academies

Position Description:

• Ensure that the Academy is always ready for use (at all times)
• Set up and maintenance of equipment
• Ensure the Academy is always tidy and looking its best
• Constantly verify furniture and all other key elements are always present and funtional
• Manage the calendar of events
• Act as Moderator for webinars
• Organize and Host webinar sessions
• Active in social media to promote Academy events
• Operate AV equipment for global broadcast sessions
• Keep the Academy up to the latest technical standards, and suggest new technologies to be installed and/or demonstrated in the Academy

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the infrastructure industries (preference given to Rail, Road, Tunnels, Bridges, Process, and Multi-purpose Buildings)
• Degree in the one of the Infrastructure disciplines
• Capable of stepping in as speaker at events held in the academy
• Proven organisational talent
• Knowledge of multi-media (AV equipment) is of advantage
• Sound technical knowledge of IT equipment
• Keen interest in new/future technologies used in the infrastructure industries

12. Writing skills (writing blogs and articles on the Academy sessions)
13. Strong desire and ability to learn.
14. Enthusiasm and energy  - a desire to change the world we live in via  digital assets.
