B&A Engineering Consultants is hiring Landscape Architect/ Graphic Designer

A reputed Landscape Architecture Consultancy firm based in Dubai requires a Junior Landscape Architect for graphic design to work in Middle East projects. Preferred candidates must have the necessary expertise and experience for carry out graphic duties.

EDUCATION LEVEL:

Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Seven years overall experience with three years in Dubai for graphics design.

PROJECT TYPES:

The Candidate will be involved in several projects together. Project types include commercial, residential communities and resort/hotels . Many of the projects are four and five star rated with prestigious Clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will report directly to the main designer, the Principal Landscape Architect.
• To develop the design through cad with principal Landscape Architect.
• To rendered landscape plans by Photoshop.
• To rendered elevations and sections by Photoshop.
• To develop sketch-up perspectives to a high level.
• To be able to compile Concept Design Reports considering report graphics including text, plans, elements, sections, perspectives, 3D modeling and photo imagery.

ESSENTIAL:

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
• To have a passion for Landscape Architecture.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Strong graphic ability with complete knowledge of cad, Photoshop, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

REMUNERATION:

Remuneration based on Client's experience and employment history. Remuneration is very competitive with market rate. Full package in conformance with UAE labor laws. Payment for overtime.
