Following to the setup of Employee Services/ HR Shared Services being the one stop center for all HR related matters and transaction activities, HR Analyst acts as the first level support for all Enquiry/ Service Requests for Payroll and Master Data transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Analyst provides 1st level support to all incoming requests through Enquiry / Service Requests acts as Subject Matter Expert with a deeper level of expertise in a specific functional area (e.g. HR processes, policies, transactions & etc).
  • He/ she is expected to handle complex cases on HR processes, policies and systems in a specific functional  areas like PA, OM, Payroll & Time Management.
  • HR Analyst is responsible to ensure all incoming requests via postal mails which are assigned to him/ her are attended to accordingly.
  • HR Analyst assumes the responsibility for case resolution for cases routed to him/ her within SLA depending on priority & complexity.
  • Working in a highly data sensitive environment, HR Analyst is responsible to Protect Data Privacy at all time and adhere to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of office security policy.
  • Closely monitor Enquiry/ Service Request by keeping the numbers below 20 in each reporting month, and ensure new Enquiry/ Service Request are picked to SLA adherence. 

Selection Criteria

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business, Management or Technology 
  • 2 – 3 years of experience as HR Generalist or in customer service help desk role. 
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in supporting SAP HR Module - in Personal Administration, Organization Management, Time Management or Payroll Module
  • Experience with common help desk tool such as CRM/ portal is an advantage
  • HRM/ Call Center/ Customer Service/ SAP HR Support Transactions related experience
  • Sound knowledge in HR Policy
  • Good communication skill (both verbal & written) in English
  • Analytical - Good problem solving & trouble shooting skills
