The role reports to the MENA CFO, managing a team of 2 actuarial analysts, and will work in close collaboration with the Regional Actuary.

Job Description
- Produce statutory and US GAAP reserve estimates, as per regulatory and corporate reporting requirements;
- Implement usage of AiREAS in MENA, understand the tool, its requirement and re-design actuarial process accordingly if required.
- Assist in Asset Liability Management processes by calculating expected cash flows
- Work closely with Claims, Reinsurance and Underwriting teams to understand how reserving practices, treaty set up and business changes impact our business
- Collaborate with Finance Managers and assist on the production oflegal entity and production office loss ratios for business planning purposes, capital modelling, etc,

- Provide insightful analytics to key stakeholders across the business.
- Coordinate and ensure consistency in approach and execution of reserve reviews including data production, modeling and presentation of results across geographies
- Lead a team of 2 analysts, mentoring and coaching,
- Support in any project or ad-doc requirements as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related areas required
- Associate or Fellowship qualification
- 10 years of working experience in the P&C insurance industry
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
- Team Player – ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and align objectives and recommendations through quantitative analysis
- Experienced in people’s management;
- Ability to navigate through complexity.
- Critical thinking, execution skills
- Excellent command of English language, written and spoken
