This role will collaborate with internal product development and marketing teams to drive strategic projects, and new capabilities Etisalat brings to market. Display setup, execution, performance fulfillment and contentious enhancement. Ensures optimal staffing of teams in alignment with Project Management and Software Development. Overall management of different initiatives and projects in the Marketing & Sales Solutions and Contact Center Domain. Ensures that the subordinates in the department are able to analyze business processes, functional activities and systems to understand supporting IT solution requirements. Perform budget planning, monitoring and control. Ensure that subordinates design IT solutions in a cost efficient way. Help staffing projects (both with internal and external resources), and with the initial estimations that are part of end-to-end project management. Provide professional guidance & support to subordinates in carrying out assigned functions. Works closely with the Business Marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures that all Etisalat/ IT standards, processes and guidelines are followed by the subordinates
- in development team
- Performs budget planning, monitoring and control.
- Contribute and take decisions related to overall system architecture and integration
- Evaluates and advises the management for industry trends and practices in the Marketing Solutions domain.
- Contribute to the development of IT strategy and participate in its implementation by performing and
- delegating related activities
- Take buy vs. build decisions based on the users requirements and available system capabilities
- Prepare RFPs/RFQs for section’s requirements and contribute in the evaluation process
- Vendor management
- Manages monitors and evaluates the section’s on-going performance and quality of its output and services.
- Provides clear direction, sets targets, prioritizes tasks and assigns responsibilities for the Development teams (i.e. allocates resources to projects in coordination with Project Planning Team).
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and provide technical input for enhancement.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other cross functional groups
- Interface with internal customers (as required) to address technical queries and after feedback for better
- alignment of requirements
- Define team KPIs in alignment with department/section goals
- Oversees planning, prioritization and assignment of targets and tasks to entire respective Software
Development sections.
Campaign
- Evaluates and follow industry trend and practices in Marketing Applications, inform and make suggestion to management business users.
- Single Point of Contact for external teams and vendors for matters pertaining to Real Time & Campaign design & architecture.
- Understand the Real Time & Campaign needs and suggest solutions to make their day-to-day operational work more efficiently.
- Evaluates and advises the management for industry trends and practices in the campaign Solutions domain.
- Work with Real Time & Campaign team to identify campaign needs and understand business requirements
- Manage and guide the managed service team to ensure high quality design of campaigns.
- Manage and guide Campaigns, managed service team to ensure campaign timelines are met with high quality.
- Contribute and take decisions related to overall system architecture and integration Provide
- weekly reporting to internal clients to show performance and delivery of campaigns
- Deliver tracking codes to test performance, proper delivery and tracking of campaigns.
- The Senior Real Time &Campaign Manager will also communicate with multiple client facing teams internally to ensure campaign objectives are met and fully delivered.
- Work with the marketing clients to answer questions regarding campaign set-up and tracking, and develop campaign measurement requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and tasks.
- Closely monitor and optimize campaigns to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Share insights and provide a solution based approach to marketers on key factors to campaign success.
- Manage and prioritize multiple campaign related projects and maintain necessary processes, controls and procedures to insure data accuracy, business functionality and compliance with privacy and security policies.
- Evaluate and improve internal ad operations processes to support project and campaign management efficiency and effectiveness.
