Job opening for Customer Service Executive with ECU Worldwide

Job description

Job Summary: To provide efficient customer service, manage new and existing customers, process all documentation requirements for export and import services, provide operational assistance to ensure seamless shipment flow, communicate effectively with customers

Main Responsibilities:
To take charge of the co-ordination work for all incoming and outgoing shipments based on customer allocation
Handle and process import and export shipping documents
Liason work with customers, transporters, carriers and all other 3rd party vendors
Manage shipping related enquiries from internal / external customers
Trouble shoot operational issues encountered internally and externally
Handle invoice, receipts and follow up on statement of accounts for payments receipts from customers
Customise logistics solutions for customers, where needed
Sourcing of space for shipments based on customer requirements
Deep selling to existing allocated customers

Job Requirements:  
Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics
2-5 years experience in freight forwarding / sea freight / shipping (compulsory)
Able to commit for long working hours
Familiar with shipping documentation and carriers
Dangerous Goods Knowledge & Documentation Experience
