Opening for Senior Digital Account Manager with MRM//McCann

The Role

  • Manage multiple digital /technology projects across a range of clients and brands
  • Work in close collaboration with the strategist, general manager, creative, performance and technology team to deliver world class innovative solutions to clients.
  • Work closely with clients & agency account managers to define business requirements, brief team and manage delivery of projects across platforms.
  • Identify opportunities within your clients business to integrate creative ideas with digital applications
  • Drive digitally innovative strategic thinking  & education across the account
  • Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders working closely to ensure teams are briefed  and the project is delivered on time and on budget
  • Being the senior lead in managing projects and campaigns across all aspects including taking briefs, estimating costs and timings, managing budgets, scheduling resources, project management, regular reporting to the client and the agency team and post campaign reporting. 

The Proof

  • Strategically minded and capable of developing presentations/pitches/proposals for clients across new business as well as existing accounts
  • Senior experience running technical projects for clients within a digital marketing environment
  • Proven experience in bringing digital naïve clients ‘along on the digital journey”
  • Senior level account management experience across blue chip/global clients
  • Sound understanding of latest technologies for web based applications as well as a thorough understanding of CRM Principles, projects and management
  • Thorough understanding of full project process across briefing through delivery ensuring jobs are managed well financially and are efficiently using resources to meet client needs.
  • Thorough understanding of campaign analysis and reporting

  • Confident and clear – able to deliver thinking to clients as well as team
  • Ability to handle client expectations/internal stakeholders for tight deadlines, with an exceptional eye for detail
  • Ability to flawlessly manage multiple clients and projects with effective ease
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be a team player working across a range of clients and teams (creative, tech, analytics)
  • A passion for communication and a keen learner, eager to grow.
  • Focused on staying up to date with digital trends delivering insights back into the team and for clients
