Opening for Sales Account Manager - Business Applications with Al Futtaim Technologies

About the Role

As part of the sales team the Sales Account Manager will be responsible to consistently achieve quarterly and annual target both in terms of top line and bottom line. Hunt for new accounts and do quarterly acquisition of the set numbers. Liaise between customer and pre-sales for product presentation and proof of concept. Create and make presentations to C Level individuals in organizations. Proposal and tender submission, respond to pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document. Independently manage inquiry to cash cycle, negotiation with customer. Active in social media to promote company as well to generate new opportunities. Generate continuous and constant business opportunity. Identify latest project and market information through industry sources and regular customer visits.

Your role will be based in Dubai. You will report into the Business Unit Manager.

About You

To be considered for this exciting role, you need to have a Bachelor's degree. MBA specialised in Marketing is an asset. You should have minimum 5+ years in enterprise software sales within UAE. Should have experience in selling any one of the software solutions - Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Epicor, Infor, ORION and Sage. Experience in selling software solutions to C-level individuals within large organizations, negotiation, contract terms and client visits. Solid understanding of ERP, CRM, Sharepoint and Business Intelligence. Must possess good industry knowledge of retail, sales & distribution, manufacturing and projects. This experience should be within a large system integrator. Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an asset.

Along with previous experience you must have a strong work ethic, competitive drive and entrepreneurial spirit. Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to solve business problems in collaboration with peers in sales, support, business development, technical servicing, etc. Ability to manage time and work independently in a fast-paced environment; must be a self-starter, possess great organizational skills, and have good written and oral communication abilities

To be a successful in this role you must be commercially aware and knowledgeable of the competitive landscape in the U.A.E. market and have the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment amidst frequent change. You will have a high level of market awareness, analytical ability, decision making, strategic thinking, teamwork & leadership.
