Job Description
Objective:
A leading regional supplier of packaging materials is seeking a retail sales executive to deliver quality service to customers, provide product information, and ensure that all things are conducted in professional manner.
• Welcome and greet customers,
• Determine the customer’s needs and requirements, and offer assistance as needed.,
• Recommend type of products, quantity and other purchase decisions to the customer based on their individual needs,
• Provide advice to customer as needed,
• Engage customers in conversations and assist them to know the type of packaging material they are looking for
• Assist customers in making decisions about which product to select,
• Answer phone calls, arrange for on time deliveries
• Provide price quotations as needed
• Process sales and accept payment (cash, credit cards, etc..)
• Arrange and organize the display of merchandise
• Ensure shelves are stocked properly, clean, etc…
• Maintain sales records for inventory control
Skills
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
• Bachelors degree in Business or related field
• 2 -3 years experience in a sales or customers service job
• Self motivated and team player
• Track record maintaining objectives
• Thinking-on-your-feet ability
• General math skills
• Dependable
