About the role
As an Business Consultant you will be a part of the Business Applications team. On this role you will be reponsible for end-to-end implementation with special emphasis on Requirements Gathering, as-is and to-be blueprinting, Solution Design/ Blueprint, UAT and Product Test, Deployment, Training and End User post go-live support. Analyze business requirements and do gap fit analysis in one or more areas like Finance and Supply chain as well as provide solutions from Microsoft Dynamics AX and ISV add-ons. Develop full scale project plans and associated communication documents. Do gap fit analysis, contribute in preparation of estimations. Lead one or more projects and the team providing required functional knowledge, scoping the requirements and estimate the effort. Participate in functional design reviews. Contribute in RFP preparation and as well as pre-sale related activities. Preparation of project plan, scheduling, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing by using appropriate tools. Issue tracking and timely delivery following approved methodologies.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations. Track project milestones and deliverables. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Conduct project post mortems and create recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Build, develop and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project. To work closely with Development team to give the inputs for development. Test the customizations before deploying to the client.
This role will be based in Dubai. You will report to the Business Manager.

About you
To be considered for this exciting role, you must have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics Ax. Experience in end-to-end implementation with special emphasis on Requirements Gathering, as-is and to-be blueprinting, Solution Design/ Blueprint, UAT and Product Test, Deployment, Training and End User post go-live support.
Along with previous experience you must have excellent knowledge and implementation experience in Ax 2009 and Ax 2012, good in Functional and should have in depth knowledge in Ax Financials and Supply Chain Management. Exposure to multiple versions of Microsoft Dynamics AX (including Ax 2012) and should have proven skills in more than one Ax modules preferably Ax Financials and Supply Chain Management.
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Project Accounting / Service call Management / Manufacturing module experience is an added advantage. Excellent Communication and Project Management skills are a must.
Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an asset. Along with previous experience you must have knowledge and understanding of industry trends and technical innovations and their impact on managing customer business requirements. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology. An excellent customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner are required.
