Job Role:
To lead the implementation and on-going client servicing of Gourmet Dining Programme in the Middle East and Africa markets.
Job Responsibilities:
•Implementation of programme set-up phase from signed contract status.
•Lead all IT, Marketing and Operations programme task lists.
•Responsible in building and maintaining client relationships across all participating hotels.
•Responsible in putting together a strategic member activation plan from date of enrolment to yearly renewals.
•To take full ownership and execution of annual membership satisfaction surveys for each market.
•Continuously research and seek for opportunities to improve member engagement and communication through various channels from Social Media to creative campaigns.
•Contributes in the whole CRM strategic plans for the programme.
•Maintains Gourmet Dining database on HD Rewards
•Take full ownership on monthly reports including Sales & Marketing reports, email campaigns bounce reports, member activation reports and upcoming marketing activities.
•To supervise the management of Social Media for Gourmet Dining.
•Able to manage and handle client communication on daily basis
•To support in the overall brand awareness campaign of HD on a global scale through various PR activations.
Candidate’s Profile:
•Exposure to Loyalty/Membership/Customer Engagement Programmes (preferably in the
Hospitality Industry)
•Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Marketing Management or Mass Communication
•Ability to travel
•Bi-lingual: English and Arabic speaking
•Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is very essential
•Expert knowledge of business correspondence and spreadsheets processing
•Good listener and effective communicator
•Highly developed relationship management skills.
•Knowledge on Photoshop and other design related soft wares preferred
•Well-organised and attentive to detail
•Pro-active, dynamic personality with positive attitude
•Ability to assess situations and determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the company
Effective Team player who is able to build collaborative working relationship with other Employees
