Our clients rely on us for media strategy and solutions across multiple markets. Our role is to research, present, execute and operate their media and marketing campaigns in the territories they operate in.
The company has a research-based ethos which shapes our approach to our clients’ media plans. We take pride in executing effective media campaigns for our clients which generate response, create brand value and meet the client’s objectives every time. We have a strong and exciting line-up of existing clients, and are currently winning new accounts on a regular basis mostly due to word-of-mouth and referrals from existing clients.

The Digital Media/Ad Operations Executive is required to:
- Develop media plans specifically investigating sites, special opportunities and positions
- Oversee trafficking and execution of Digital, Mobile and Social Media/Marketing campaigns
- Managing campaigns in AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram
- Report on campaign tracking
- Campaign post buy development
- Maintain media budgets and overall budget summaries for various accounts
- Coordination of outside vendor meetings and presentations. Maintain relationships with sales vendors from various websites
- Assist in creation of Media Plan presentations
- Provide research support during development of Objectives & Strategies and plans with media monitoring tools and platforms
Skills required:
- Full competency on Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Internship or some work experience in a digital advertising / media agency
- Experience with campaign executions in AdWords (search & display), Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for the digital space from gaming, mobile, social networking, niche sites, online video, and everything in between
- Outgoing personality (Persuasive & Articulate)
- Ability to problem solve and think out of the box
- Ability to multi-task amongst multiple media/client related requirements
- Proactive approach to work and client’s requirements
- Fluency in English is mandatory, and fluency in other languages are an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
