BigBasket is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the HR function for Bangalore Region.
Role
- Manage end to end HR and IR function for the region comprising of multiple warehouses
- Lead a team of 10+ members
- Manage a manpower of 2,500+ employee (both on–roll and off-roll)
Experience
- The candidate should have 10 -15 years HR experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail industry and should have handled a team of 6+ members for minimum 2 years.
