Swiffix is hiring: Maintenance Operations Coordinator (Facilites Management)

Job description

Are you an operations  guru who's interested in supporting the growth of a new tech venture focused on disrupting the $400 billion market for home services in the world?

Swiffix is a Dubai-based home and car services platform currently looking for a seasoned Operations Coordinator with a strong problem solving approach and a technical background that can help drive smooth operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Provide administrative support and coordinate with site teams

Identify new Service Providers to be added to the  platform

Monitor Service Provider (SP) performance and take appropriate actions to resolve issues

Quality Assurance on all handyman signed on the platform

Service Provider management and scheduling

Ensure implementation of standard operating procedures and policies for maintenance jobs

Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage  service provider partnerships and handyman development
Be the key point of contact for handymen

Monitor and maintain activity log of jobs daily and assure a maximum response time is achieved for each handyman.

Stay in regular touch with all SPs to understand their needs and ensure their commitment

Ensure smooth running of operations and provide administrative support to Operations Manager
Support Swiffix's growth in the UAE

Necessary Skills and Experience

A minimum 5 years of operations at a home maintenance/facilities management firm in the UAE
Experience leading teams of handymen including plumbers, electricians etc

Higher Diploma/ Bachelor's degree

Candidates with Technical background will be given preference

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook a must

Startup (I am all in no holding back) "Building the next big thing is impossible but I want it" approach
