The ideal candidate should have at least Bachelor/Master Degree in HR, having strong HR concepts with at least 2 years hand-on exp in managing HR operations including filing & documentation, recruitment, implementing leavers & new joiners processes, liaising with various govt depts, maintaining & producing reports and records along with developing and maintaining confidential employee letters, documents and databases.
